Set up Outlook Express in Windows

To set up Outlook Express on a Windows system, follow these steps:
- Click Tools.
- Click Accounts.
- On the Mail tab, click Add.
- On the Add menu, click Mail.
- Type your name as you wish your email recipients to see it.
- Click Next.
- Type your email address
- Click Next.
- Select POP3 as your incoming server
- Type the address of your incoming mail server, mail.yourdomainhere.com.
- Type the outgoing mail server name, smtp.yourdomainhere.com.
Some ISPs require you use their outgoing (SMTP) mail server. Your ISP might require this please ckeck with them. If using our SMTP server please see the extra steps below. - Click Next.
- Type your account name, which is the first part of your email address, "yourname" @yourdomainhere.com.
- Type your password.
- Check the Remember Password box. Note that anyone using your computer will be able to access your email if you check this box.
- Click Next.
- Click Finish.
If using our outgoing SMTP server please follow these steps:
- With your new account highlighted choose Properties.
- Choose the Servers tab.
- Check My server requires authentication.
- Click Apply.
- Click OK to close the window.
- Click Close to close the Internet Accounts window.
